Delete Your JournPad Account

Request account deletion

Submit a request below for review, or open the JournPad app and go to Settings, Account & data, Delete account for direct deletion.

We store this request for review. Use the email linked to your JournPad account when possible.

What gets deleted

When your account deletion is completed, your account and journal data are permanently removed:

  • All your journal entries (audio recordings, images, titles, summaries, subjects, categories)
  • All media files stored in our cloud (audio files and thumbnails)
  • All local data on your device
  • Your account credentials

What happens next

  • Submitting this form creates a pending deletion request
  • We review or verify the request before processing it
  • Submission itself does not immediately delete your account
  • Some request, analytics, or audit records may be retained where needed for safety and operations
  • You will be signed out of the app
