Delete Your JournPad Data
Request data deletion
Submit a request below, or open the JournPad app and go to Settings, Account & data, Delete all data.
What gets deleted
When you delete your data, we immediately and permanently delete:
- All your journal entries (audio recordings, images, titles, summaries, subjects, categories)
- All media files stored in our cloud (audio files and thumbnails)
- All local data on your device
What stays
- Your account remains active
- You can continue signing in
- You can create new entries
What happens next
- Your data is deleted immediately
- No data is retained
- You remain signed in
- This action cannot be undone
