Delete Your JournPad Data

Request data deletion

Submit a request below, or open the JournPad app and go to Settings, Account & data, Delete all data.

We store this request for review. Use the email linked to your JournPad account when possible.

What gets deleted

When you delete your data, we immediately and permanently delete:

  • All your journal entries (audio recordings, images, titles, summaries, subjects, categories)
  • All media files stored in our cloud (audio files and thumbnails)
  • All local data on your device

What stays

  • Your account remains active
  • You can continue signing in
  • You can create new entries

What happens next

  • Your data is deleted immediately
  • No data is retained
  • You remain signed in
  • This action cannot be undone
